History
Enigmas is the firstborn son of Sophia and twin brother of Seer. He was appointed his mother’s lieutenant, and due to his mysterious and secretive nature, he became God of Secrets, and the intimidation he instilled in others made him a god of fear and nightmares.

He was appointed to oversee the Dreamscape of Nightmares

Personality
Enigmas is well-named as he is very secretive and a loner by nature. He knows how powerful Fear can be, and how powerful one becomes once one conquers one’s fears. He confronts others with their fears to test them, his goal to help as many as he can to conquer their fears as possible, making them stronger in heart and mind. Otherwise, he just likes to scare the bejeebers out of people.

As the God of Secrets, Enigmas states Secrets behold great power due to their unknown natures, that they can be used against others, and has explained the only real way to keep a secret is to not tell anyone. But there is ever a temptation in telling, recording, or learning secrets which is the real reason why, sooner or later, secrets come to light.

Appearance
Enigmas appears often as a black lion robed, hiding his forbiddingly handsome face. His fur and mane are pitch-black, and he has glowing yellow eyes seen in the shadow of his hood. Whenever he moves, his robe appear as shadowy smoke
Wrapped around his neck and flowing around him is his Shroud of Fear

Powers

As the Guardian God of Secrets, Enigmas intuitively knows almost everyone’s secrets but is bound to never reveal them.

Enigmas has the power to manipulate Shadows

As a god of fear, Enigmas can manifest one’s fears, know one’s fears, etc.
-Divine Power over Nightmares:
Enigmas oversees the Dreamscape of Nightmares, and thus has the power to see into others’ nightmares and control what happens in them

Weapon of Power
Enigmas was given the Shroud of Fear from his mother. It is a cloak spun from shadows and nightmares that he wears constantly. A Mortal who touches it will immediately fall asleep and into a nightmare, and it gives off an aura of fear.
He later created another Weapon of Power for himself, the Journal of Secrets. Inscribed within is everyone’s personal secrets, god or mortal. Enigmas fervently guards this Journal, for it would be a terrible weapon in the wrong hands.

Realm
The Dreamscape of Nightmares, where one faces their fears and other horrors. This sector of the Dreamscape is meant to remind Mortals of what horrors there are in the world, and remind them of their worst fears, including their fears about themselves. Only when one conquers their fears does the Dreamscape of Nightmares hold no power over them.

Enigmas was born to Sophia, the Elder of the Mind, alongside his twin sister, Seer, and later gained a younger brother, Nilrem.
